Set 1: Thailand 25-18 Cambodia

Cambodia no longer created as many surprises as in Leg 1, as the element of surprise from their playing style had been studied and more thoroughly neutralized by opponents. Meanwhile, Koun Mom and his teammates could not stop the duo of Napadet and Chaiwat from shining. Thanks to the impressive playmaking of Boonyarid, who also scored 3 points, Thailand's offense operated smoothly, cruising to a comfortable victory in the first set.

Set 2: Thailand 25-19 Cambodia

In this set, Napadet became quieter, but Thailand still had Chaiwat and especially Thanat, a young player trusted by coach Park Ki-won to replace Anurak. Thanat may lack experience and have a less "sweet" first step compared to his senior, but as an outside hitter, he has better height and has been showing good form since the start of Leg 2.

Veasna Voeurn, the MVP of Leg 1, continued to be Cambodia's big hope, but it was not enough. The Leg 1 champions continued to struggle, and with the score at 0-2, it was very difficult for them to create a surprise.
