The WTA Cincinnati women's singles draw has been announced, featuring three Chinese players.

The WTA 1000 Cincinnati women's singles main draw has been revealed, with world number one and defending champion Sabalenka leading the lineup. This marks her first appearance on the court since her exit in the semifinals at Wimbledon. Gauff, Swiatek, and Pegula are seeded second, third, and fourth, respectively.

Chinese players Wang Xinyu, Wang Yafan, and Zhu Lin have qualified, with Wang Xinyu facing Arango in the first round; if she advances, she will meet Gauff again. Wang Yafan will take on Stearns in the first round, while Zhu Lin's first-round opponent is Bronzetti. Local legend Venus Williams will compete with a wild card, facing Spanish player Bossa's Manero in the first round. Two Chinese players, Yuan Yue and Guo Hanyu, who participated in the women's singles qualifiers, were eliminated in the final round, missing out on the main draw.
