Earlier this year, Bublić's world ranking fell outside the top 80, but he soon turned his fortunes around. He first secured the runner-up position at the CH175 Phoenix City event, then reached the round of 16 at the Madrid Masters and the quarterfinals at the French Open, culminating in a victory at the CH175 Turin tournament. During the grass season, he eliminated world number one Sinner at the ATP 500 Halle tournament and ultimately claimed the title. After winning two titles in the past two weeks, his world ranking has returned to the top 30.
