Shang Juncheng withdrew from the ATP Miami Masters due to injury

On March 4, Beijing time, Shang Juncheng withdrew from the Miami Masters in the 2025 season ATP1000 due to injury. The Chinese teenager previously withdrew from the Indian Wells Masters, which also means that he will miss the Sunshine Doubles.


Shang Juncheng has participated in three Miami Masters before, stopping in the first round of the main event in 2022 and 2023, narrowly defeating Kecmanovic in the first round of the main event in 2024, winning the first game of the tournament and finally ending in the second round.


Shang Juncheng last competed at this year's Australian Open, and is scheduled to start the clay season at the ATP 250 Houston next time, which will take place from March 31 to April 6. After that, he tentatively plans to participate in the Monte Carlo Masters, Barcelona 500, Madrid Masters, Rome Masters, and French Open.
