ATP Doha: Lehecka ends a seven-game winning streak at the Alcaraz Tour

On February 20, local time, the semi-finals of the 2025 ATP Doha will be decided. No. 5 seed Rublev, No. 8 seed Draper, Aliassime and Lehecka advanced to the semi-finals.

Leheca won in a showdown with top seed Alcaraz. The two sides were tied in the first two sets, and Alcaraz broke first to take a 4-2 lead in the deciding set, but then Lehecka fought back strongly, playing a wave of four consecutive games, and finally ended Alcaraz's recent seven-game winning streak on the tour 6-3/3-6/6-4, and advanced to the semi-finals of the tour for the second time this season after the ATP Brisbane.


No. 2 seed De Minaur and No. 5 seed Rublev battle it out for a place in the semi-finals. The two sides battled it out in the deciding set, and despite saving multiple match points to drag the match into a tie-break from 2-5 down, De Minaur still lost 1-6, 6-3, 6-7(8) to Rublev and was out of the tournament.


Elsewhere, Aliassime won the first set 6-3 before receiving a retirement from No. 4 seed Dmitry Medvedev to advance. Eighth seed Draper overcame Italy's Berrettini 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 to reach the semi-finals.
