On February 13, local time, the 2025 ATP Marseille station ended the competition for the men's singles 1/4 finals. Wildcard top seed Dmitry Medvedev defeated Struff 6-3, 6-2 to reach the final four of an ATP Tour tournament for the first time this season.

Medvedev has a 7-2 record against Struff, but he has struggled this season. In this match, Medvedev sent five break points in the first set, but fortunately he solved them one by one, and won three games in a row at the end of the set to take the next set 6-3. In the second set, Medvedev, who took the initiative, broke twice to seal the victory 6-2, his first consecutive win this season.
After losing 5-7 in the first set, China's Zhang Zhizhen retired due to injury, and his opponent Berges advanced to the semifinals. After the match, Zhang Zhizhen announced on his personal social media that he had ended his collaboration with long-time physiotherapist Julia, saying that although the two parted ways on their professional paths, their friendship lasted forever.
Elsewhere, No.2 seed Amber knocked out No.7 seed Sonego 6-4, 6-4; Mejdovic beat Altmaier 7-5, 6-7(7), 6-4 to advance to the semi-finals.
