Next week (November 2nd to 8th), two ATP 250 tournaments will take place: the Wanda Pharmaceutical Greece Open (Athens Open) and the Moselle Open in France.
The ATP declared that this year’s ATP 250 tournament, previously hosted in Belgrade, Serbia, will be relocated to Athens, Greece, and scheduled for November 2nd through 8th. This is an event Djokovic had long planned to attend and can be considered a continuation of the Belgrade tournament. Perhaps this is why he chose to settle in Greece? Only those involved truly know the reasons behind such decisions.

Seeded players list:
1. Djokovic. This is a tournament Djokovic must participate in.
2. Musetti. Currently ranked eighth in the Turin points race, his position is uncertain after an early exit at this week’s Paris Masters. If Alcaraz does not win in Paris, Musetti still has a strong chance to secure the final qualifying spot. Therefore, he must give it his all next week.

3. Italian player Darderi, ranked 27th.
4. American player Nakashima, ranked 33rd.
5. French player Muller, ranked 44th.
6. Hungarian player Borza, ranked 46th.
7. Australian player Popelin, ranked 47th.
8. Hungarian player Marosan, ranked 48th.
They must push hard; with strong performances, they can compete for seeded spots at next year’s Australian Open.
Other participants include Djere and Kecmanovic, perhaps treating it as a home tournament?
Molcan (qualifier), currently coached by Djokovic’s former coach Vajda.
American players Opelka and Korda.
Wildcard entrant Wawrinka, likely there to support the event.
Surprisingly, local player Tsitsipas is not in the draw, suggesting his injury is serious. His brother is competing in the qualifiers (wildcard).
Seeded players list:

1. Alcaraz. If he wins in Paris, he will definitely withdraw.
2. Medvedev. With no chance at the year-end finals, he participates mainly to improve his ranking.

3. Bublik. Depending on his progress to the Paris Masters final, he might withdraw.
4. Italian player Cobolli, ranked 23rd.
5. Dutch player Talen, ranked 25th.
6. French player Linderknech, ranked 29th.
7. British player Norrie, ranked 31st.
8. French player Muller, ranked 32nd.
These rankings differ somewhat from the current ATP live rankings, but all are striving for seeded positions at next year’s Australian Open. Overall, this lineup is stronger than the Athens event, so Musetti’s choice to enter Athens was wise.
Other competitors include Italian player Berrettini, American player Lenzner, and French home players such as Chazal, Mannarino, Royer, Atmane, Pericard, Harris, and Ugo Blanchet (wildcard). The qualifiers’ draw is also dominated by French players.
