Djokovic praised his opponent after the game and said he enjoyed working with Murray

Today's Australian Open schedule has played all the "good cards" together, with Sinner, Alcaraz and Djokovic playing on the same day. Such a lineup is relatively rare.

There wasn't much suspense in Sinner's game in the morning. Rival Jarry stubbornly resisted two sets and held his serve, but lost both sets in the tie-break. In the end, Sinner defeated Jarry 7-6(2), 7-6(5), 6-1 to advance to the second round.

Djokovic was a late game. The opponent is the new generation of players Barça Valedi. I didn't expect the performance of the 19-year-old American Barsavaredi to be completely unexpected. You can expect the novice players to fight, but what you didn't expect was that Barça Valedi's offensive and defensive transitions were very silky, well-rounded, good at large-angle maneuvers, and fast movement. Occasionally put a small ball, it is also very in place.

Djokovic praised the youngster's performance in the interview:

"He played better in the first and first half of the second set and every applause he received when he was on the court was well deserved. Honestly, he did a fantastic job. I didn't start watching him play until three or four days ago, so I didn't know much about him. Moreover, this kind of confrontation has always been tricky and full of danger. I mean, you're facing the kind of opponent who doesn't have any baggage. Obviously, this is his first appearance in a Grand Slam event. He's a very well-rounded player. I was really pleasantly surprised by his final shots and his fighting spirit. I wish him all the best in his future career.

'He's just a teenager and obviously it's the first time he's on Centre Court and he's dealing with nervousness and all that, so it's not easy. I mean, he's adjusted himself really well. I'm sure we'll see him do well often in the future."

Djokovic dropped a set before beating Barcelona Valedi 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 6-2 to advance to the second round.

Speaking about Murray, the coach in the box, Djokovic said:

"I'm super excited to have him support me. I have to say, it was kind of amazing to see him sitting in my box on the sidelines. We've been competing against each other at the top for over 20 years and it's great to be on the same side of the net now. He also gave me some great advice in the middle of the race. I think it's great now that we have the opportunity to talk to each other on the sidelines and share feedback with each other. He's doing really well. It was a great experience. Hopefully we keep going and see you in the second round. ”

Murray has clearly dressed up and looks much younger than he did when he was a player.

Alcaraz's game was unsuspenseful. Shepchenko fought hard in the second set, but was completely inferior for most of the time. Alcaraz ended the match in straight sets 6-1, 7-5, 6-1.

Unfortunately, the No. 10 seed Dimitrov retired due to injury. He was injured in the race in Brisbane and retired midway through. Dimitrov reached the round of 32 at last year's Australian Open and is now losing 100 points.

No.11 seed Tsitsipas lost 1-3 to American Mitchelson and exited in the first round. His Australian Open finish last year was the round of 16 and he has 200 points to deduct.

Kjogos lost 3-0 in the first game and was eliminated in the first round.

Among the players who advanced in the bottom half of the bracket were Zverev (2), Ruud (6), Opelka, Leheka (24), Mahachi (26), Draper (15), Koda (22), Paul (12), Amber (14), and Japanese veteran Paul.

Here's a look at Djokovic's next game:

Djokovic's opponent in the second round was Portugal's Faria. The 21-year-old won three straight matches from qualifying, beating Kotov in straight sets 6-1, 6-1, 7-5 in the first round. It's also an unfamiliar opponent for Djokovic, and Murray has another job to do.

Djokovic's opponent in the third round will be between Operka and Mahachi. Opelka also played with an injury. He beat Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals in Brisbane, but retired injured in the final. Therefore, the outcome of this game is more unpredictable. But both players are relatively familiar to Djokovic.

Zverev played Martinez in the second round and Ruud played Mensik. This game is difficult.

Kei Nishikori will face Paul in the second round. This is a match to test Kei Nishikori's strength to recover to a few percent.

Wonderful Australian Open, to continue tomorrow.
