The Thai team is confident they can challenge CAHN at the Shopee Cup.

With home-field advantage, Thai football club BG Pathum United is confident they can make things tough for CAHN, who are currently runners-up of the Shopee Cup, Southeast Asia’s Champions League 2025/26.

At the pre-match press conference, BG Pathum United head coach Surachai Jaturapattarapong said: "Cong An Ha Noi is a class team; last season they reached the final. We also need to check the condition of several players to see who can play."
