Top European club makes major bid for Chelsea's leading striker

AC Milan is ready to make a significant financial offer to sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea, seeking to reinforce their offensive lineup.

AC Milan is considering intensifying their pursuit of Nicolas Jackson, hoping to find a reliable goal scorer for coach Massimiliano Allegri's squad.

According to sources from Fichajes, AC Milan has entered the race to sign Jackson and is willing to increase their interest in the Senegalese striker. Chelsea will allow him to leave if they receive an offer close to 60 million euros, while coach Allegri is eager to add a consistent attacking option to his team.

Milan is currently searching for a new striker and has been monitoring the market for several weeks. Under Allegri, the team requires a player who can excel as a central forward, especially since he prefers a two-striker formation, highlighting the need for a dependable presence up front.

Previously, AC Milan had shown interest in Rasmus Hojlund, but delays in negotiations with Manchester United have made that transfer uncertain. Moreover, after Romelu Lukaku’s serious injury, Hojlund has also been linked to Napoli, as confirmed by Fabrizio Romano.

Therefore, Milan may shift their focus to other options while still pursuing Hojlund. Nicolas Jackson, Chelsea’s striker, has now caught Milan’s attention, and the club is determined to step up their interest in the Senegalese player.

Jackson is currently under a long-term contract with Chelsea, which means the London club is not under pressure to sell quickly. Newcastle United is currently a major competitor in the chase for Jackson and has made significant progress towards signing him, with a 60 million euro offer.
