FC Fredericia - FC Nordsjaelland
After a 24-match absence, Fredericia returned to Denmark's top league, celebrating with a goal just 58 seconds into the match against FC Nordsjaelland, as last season's top scorer, Gustav Marcussen, put the home team ahead 1-0 at Monjasa Park.
However, the unheralded Superliga newcomers quickly faced reality when Prince Amoaka Junior equalized after five minutes. This equalizer shifted momentum in favor of the visitors, and by halftime, FC Nordsjaelland led 3-1 with goals from Sindre Walle Egeli and Peter Ankersen.
Patrick Egelund gave the home team a late chance by narrowing the score to 2-3 seven minutes before the end, but it was insufficient as FC Nordsjaelland held on for a narrow victory.

Sonderjyske - AGF
AGF entered the match against Sonderjyske as heavy favorites, scoring just 44 seconds in when Frederik Emmery delivered a perfect cross for Tobias Bech to guide the ball into the net beyond Nicolai Flo's reach.
Last season's top scorer, Patrick Mortensen, nearly doubled the lead with a powerful shot after 15 minutes, but the home team gradually started creating opportunities against AGF, who are attempting to adopt a more possession-oriented style under new coach Jacob Poulsen.
The visitors appeared vulnerable defensively as Sonderjyske wasted several opportunities, yet they managed to secure a point when Leopold Wahlstedt allowed Olta Hyseni to tap the ball into the net, as the Swedish goalkeeper took too long to clear it.

FC Midtjylland - OB
After a season in the Betinia League, OB returned to the Danish Superliga with a hard-fought 3-3 draw in a challenging away match against last season's runners-up, FC Midtjylland.
A major surprise seemed imminent when the visitors shockingly took a 2-0 lead within 30 minutes, as critical mistakes from Jonas Lossl and Han-Beom Lee allowed Noah Ganaus and Jay-Roy Grot to give Odense a comfortable advantage.
Two goals in the last minute of the first half from Franculino and Polish international Adam Buksa leveled the score for the home side, but Odense still had a chance to claim all three points when Jan Fiete Arp converted a penalty, before Franculino netted his second of the game five minutes from time, leaving both teams sharing the spoils.
Vejle BK - Randers
Vejle has signed over ten new players for the new season and reinstated former coach Ivan Prelec, appearing as a transformed team against Randers after narrowly avoiding relegation last season.
Vejle had the better opportunities in a balanced first half, but it was the visitors who took the lead after an hour when 19-year-old defender Sabil Hansen got ahead of Christian Sorensen to poke a rebound into the net after Igor Vekic saved a fine shot from Mohamed Toure.
Randers seemed destined for all three points when 18-year-old Abdoulaye Camara scored from a set-piece in injury time to cap off a remarkable debut.
After a disappointing series of pre-season matches, Silkeborg entered the tough away match against Brondby lacking confidence, and it proved as challenging for the Jutland side as expected.
Filip Bundgaard displayed excellent form during friendlies leading up to the season, and the 21-year-old striker once again showcased his scoring instinct for Brondby after 15 minutes, volleying a precise pass from Nicolai Vallys into the net.
Bundgaard was on target again after an hour, completing a swift counter-attack by chipping the ball over the advancing Silkeborg keeper Nicolai Poulsen.
Vallys then added the finishing touch for the home side four minutes from the end, volleying home a fine cross from Sean Klaiber.
