It was revealed that Chelsea had informed the return of Sancho, and Manchester United wanted to sell Bayer Leverkusen for 20 million! Ten Hag fears to get in the way

According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester United have received word from Chelsea that the Blues will forgo buying Jadon Sancho at the end of the season, preferring to pay £5 million to send him back to Old Trafford.

The 25-year-old England winger joined Chelsea on loan for a season last year and Enzo Maresca's side have the option to sign the player permanently at the end of the season. The specific transfer fee is determined by ranking, and with the current record, it is likely to be £25 million.

However, British media reported that Chelsea would not complete Sancho's permanent transfer, with Boehly prepared to pay £5 million in compensation to lift the £25million buyout obligation in the summer transfer window. Jadon Sancho's performances at Chelsea have not been impressive, with just three goals and five assists in the Premier League, and the team have booked other wide players and are even interested in bringing in Manchester United's Garnacho.

If Sancho is returned, United will have to seek a new buyer for him. Amorim has no place for him in his future plans. Sancho's return to Carrington would also be very embarrassing as he used the word 'freedom' in his assessment of Marcus Rashford's performance on loan at Aston Villa this season, sparking displeasure at the club and supporters.

As a result, United are willing to accept a lower transfer offer for Jadon Sancho, which would be enough for £20 million. Previously, it was rumored that Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga were keeping an eye on him.

However, Dortmund sources say it is unlikely that they will bring in Sancho again at this time. Bayer Leverkusen are favourites for Jadon Sancho's next home and could lose their midfield stalwart Florian Wirtz, who is heavily linked with Bayern Munich. Once Wirtz transfers, the "pharmaceutical factory" will have plenty of funds available.

However, Sancho's weekly salary of more than £250,000 is one of the obstacles to his transfer, and he must accept a pay cut, or ask Manchester United to compensate his salary, otherwise he may run out of football in the coming season, and the England winger has one year left on his contract, ironically, Sancho's potential transfer is also linked to former Manchester United boss Ten Hag, who fell out with him.

Xavi Alonso has already confirmed his departure and is expected to take charge of Real Madrid at the end of the season, with Ten Hag one of the options to succeed Bayer Leverkusen. Former Premier League star Cesc Fabregas is also a candidate for Bayer Leverkusen boss and Sancho will want him to be selected, otherwise he will unlikely to agree to bring in Ten Hag once he takes charge of the team.

Last summer, Ten Hag claimed that the feud between him and Sancho was over, but it's hard to imagine them working together again. The 55-year-old Dutch coach has also been linked with RB Leipzig's presidency, although Leipzig seem to be more keen on hiring Crystal Palace's Oliver Glasner.

Manchester United boss Sir Jim Ratcliffe will also be hoping for Jadon Sancho's successful transfer, with the 72-year-old former richest man in England going on a spending spree at the club, and sending away high-paid stars is his most desired plan. Recently, Rajue announced that he would not give away free Europa League tickets to Manchester United employees, causing controversy again. UEFA has given away £15,000 to the two finalist clubs, and Tottenham is giving out free tickets to every full-time staff for the final, but the Red Devils will only give away tickets to some of their staff, with most staff only being able to watch the live stream in Manchester and receive two free drinks. The reason given by Rajue is very high-sounding: "Save more tickets for the fans!"
