According to the latest report from Italy transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Juventus will sign 26-year-old Netherlands midfielder Koopmeiners from Atalanta for a total of €59 million.
According to Romano, Juve signed Koopmeiners for a fixed fee of €52 million + €7 million floating, and the two sides signed a five-year contract until 2029. Koopmeiners have been on strike lately and are determined to join Juventus, and now Juve are booking medical exams for the players.
Koopmeiners moved to Serie A in the summer window of 2021, joining Atalanta from AZ Alkmaar for a fee of €14 million, and has since grown into a double main midfielder for Atalanta and the Netherlands national team.
The 26-year-old Koopmeiners, 1.84 meters tall, left-footed player, can play in midfield, midfielder and midfield, has a three-year contract with Atalanta, and the German is worth 50 million euros until June 2027. Koopmeiners made 51 appearances for Atalanta in all competitions last season, 43 of them starts, making a total of 3,924 minutes, scoring 15 goals and providing seven assists as they secured the Europa League title.
