Chelsea's Sancho transfer plan exposed! I have no intention of returning Manchester United for 5 million, and I want to resell the Bundesliga after the buyout

According to David Ornstein, an authoritative transfer expert on The Athletic, Chelsea will need to pay Manchester United a £5 million breach fee if they choose to return Sancho. Under the loan agreement, as long as the Blues are ranked 14th or higher in the Premier League, they are obliged to buy out, depending on the position, for an amount between £20 million and £25 million.

Chelsea currently sit fourth with nine league games remaining, and with little chance of finishing 15th, they are likely to have to make a permanent move for £25 million. However, with Jadon Sancho without scoring or assisting in the Premier League since January and Chelsea having secured Manchester United target Giovanni Kunda for €50 million, there have been rumours of late that Boehly could abandon a buyout.

Jadon Sancho has just two goals and six assists in 28 games at Chelsea, and the £5 million breach fee is a small part of the team. However, Ornstein stressed that current boss Maresca is still inclined to keep Sancho.

'Chelsea have a close relationship with Jadon Sancho and the signing of the new winger is more due to Mykhailo Mudryk's suspension and there is uncertainty about his future availability.

Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk has not played for Chelsea since last November, when he was suspended for failing a doping test. He insisted he was innocent, but the investigation was ongoing.

In addition, new signing Kunda has already confirmed his arrival at Chelsea but will not do so until 2026, with Jadon Sancho still having time to prove himself. Chelsea are currently aiming to sign Jadon Sancho and potentially sell him for a profit in this summer window or next year's transfer window. After all, a transfer fee of £25 million is not too expensive. And, according to the British Daily Star, Chelsea boss Maresca recognises his efforts in training.

'For me, Jayden [Sancho] did very well. "I was very surprised at his performance because I knew Jayden before and I heard about him. But in terms of consistency, he did very well. Except for a brief period in early November when he got sick, the rest of the time he behaved well. I expect him to be able to perform well, but it's not easy for all players to be great for a long time, and he's been doing well for a long time. He's doing well and now he just needs to keep it that way."

On Monday, Sancho turned 25. The reason why Manchester United were unable to purge Sancho smoothly was mainly due to the £73 million introduction price and the high salary of £250,000. As long as he agrees to take a pay cut to join Chelsea, plus a low fee of just £25 million, it will not be difficult for the Blues to find a new buyer for him.

GiveMeSport reports that Chelsea may consider selling him to Bundesliga side, with former club Borussia Dortmund and defending champions Bayer Leverkusen both interested in bringing him back to Germany. The Bundesliga is where Sancho thrives, with his first spell at Borussia Dortmund and his second loan spell helping them reach the Champions League final.

Sancho would be in big trouble for Amorim if he successfully completed his permanent transfer, and the British media said that he wanted to sell Sancho, Rashford, Antony and Malacia in the summer window to raise transfer fees in order to bring in players who could really be used in his 343 squad.
