Sông Lam Nghệ An crowned champions of the National U21 Football Championship

In the final match held earlier, U21 Sông Lam Nghệ An won 1-0 against U21 Thể Công Viettel to claim the championship title.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee awarded the championship cup, gold medals, and a bonus of 250 million VND to U21 Sông Lam Nghệ An; U21 Thể Công Viettel received silver medals and a bonus of 120 million VND. The two third-place teams, U21 Hà Nội and U21 LPBank Hoàng Anh Gia Lai, each received a bonus of 60 million VND; the Fair Play award went to U21 Ho Chi Minh City.

The top scorer award was shared by players Trương Nhật Minh (U21 Ho Chi Minh City) and Phùng Văn Nam (U21 Sông Lam Nghệ An). The best goalkeeper and best player awards went to Cao Văn Bình (U21 Sông Lam Nghệ An).

Held from July 12 to 25, the finals of the National U21 Football Championship - FPT Play 2026 Cup brought together 12 teams: U21 Thể Công - Viettel, U21 Hà Nội, U21 PVF, U21 Công an Hà Nội, U21 Sông Lam Nghệ An, U21 LPBank Hoàng Anh Gia Lai, U21 SHB Đà Nẵng, U21 Ho Chi Minh City, U21 Đồng Nai, U21 Tây Ninh, U21 An Giang, and the host team U21 PVF-CAND.
