MU makes a special move, Rashford's future faces a major turning point

Marcus Rashford's future suddenly takes a new turn after MU's management sent a special offer to the English striker ahead of the 2026/27 season.

According to sources from Daily Mirror, Manchester United's management has contacted and invited Rashford to appear in the documentary series All or Nothing: Manchester United produced by Amazon Prime Video. The British newspaper believes this move could be a sign that the door to return to Old Trafford is becoming brighter for the 28-year-old player.

Rashford has not yet made a decision on the invitation. However, this detail still attracts attention because the film will closely follow MU throughout the 2026/27 season, recording activities inside the Old Trafford dressing room, the Carrington training center, and the preparation process for matches.

Rashford is invited to appear in the documentary series that closely follows Manchester United's journey in the 2026/2026 season.

Amazon confirmed that filming begins in summer 2026. The series is expected to be released globally in summer 2027, with a reach of over 240 countries and territories.

Rashford has not played for MU's first team since December 2024. After publicly expressing his desire to seek a new challenge and having a disagreement with coach Ruben Amorim, he was loaned to Aston Villa for the remainder of the 2024/25 season, before moving on to Barcelona in the following campaign.

Barcelona had the option to buy Rashford for around 30 million euros, equivalent to 26 million pounds, but did not activate this clause. Therefore, the striker born in 1997 will return to MU after the post-2026 World Cup break, unless the Old Trafford club reaches a transfer agreement with another club.

Rashford once had conflicts with former coach Ruben Amorim.

Previously, Rashford was seen as one of the players MU wanted to sell to reduce the wage bill and create additional budget for squad upgrades. However, high compensation and the fact that partners have not made offers meeting MU's requirements have kept his future in an unclear state.

The possibility of Rashford returning to the first team is somewhat strengthened when MU abandoned the Crysencio Summerville deal. The Dutch player was once seen as a direct replacement target in case Rashford left Old Trafford, but eventually moved from West Ham to Al-Hilal. From the position of a player seemingly certain to leave, Rashford is getting closer to the possibility of returning to the club he has been with since childhood.
