On July 24, the Duo Manfen丨2026 National Youth Women's Football Elite Tournament and "Century-Old Famous Schools Cup" Women's Football Exchange Tournament, jointly organized by Football News, Information Times, and the Nansha District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, concluded at the International Financial Island Football Park in Nansha, Guangzhou. Luzhou Tianli School from Sichuan and Guangzhou Peizheng Middle School took home the junior and senior group championships. Yu Ruixin from Luzhou Tianli and Li Tong from Guangzhou Peizheng were named the best players in their respective groups, while Liu Yuhan from Luzhou Tianli and Weng Jialin from Guangzhou Peizheng received the top scorer honors.
On the final day, July 24, two decisive matches for the championships took place. The four teams that had remained undefeated competed fiercely for the titles in their respective groups. Ultimately, Luzhou Tianli School from Sichuan defeated the Ganzhou Youth Training Center team to become the junior group champion.

Guangzhou Peizheng Middle School, despite being on the defensive for most of the match, held Nanjing Football School to a 0-0 draw and then won 5-3 in a penalty shootout to secure the senior group championship. After the match, Peizheng's head coach Zhuo Linghua said in an interview, "In the first edition last year, we also faced a team from Jiangsu Province and narrowly lost, missing the final. Today, we encountered another Jiangsu team and were under pressure for a long time. Fortunately, we managed to win in the penalty shootout."

The Duo Manfen丨2026 National Youth Women's Football Elite Tournament and "Century-Old Famous Schools Cup" Women's Football Exchange Tournament is a high-level youth football brand jointly created by Football News, Information Times, and the Nansha District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, building on last year's second edition of the "Century-Old Famous Schools Cup" Boys' High School Football Tournament. Positioned as a national platform for elite youth women's football exchanges, the event featured 12 teams from 8 provinces, with six teams in each of the junior and senior groups.

The participating teams included school football programs, provincial and municipal sports schools, and teams from western pilot areas integrating sports and education, essentially covering all types of women's youth training teams in China. Among them were teams from the national high school league finals and provincial games champions, along with nearly 20 players who had been selected for national training camps at various levels, including active U17 women's national team players. The tournament's quality is among the top in the country.

This year's tournament was co-organized by Football News, Information Times, and the Nansha District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, with Guangzhou ULink International School providing accommodation and catering services. Guangzhou ULink International School has been a strong supporter of the Century-Old Famous Schools Cup tournaments organized by Football News and the Nansha District Bureau, and continued its support for the 2026 National Youth Women's Football Elite Tournament and the Century-Old Famous Schools Cup Women's Football Exchange Tournament. Coaches and athletes from various regions believe that this national women's football exchange event has created a valuable platform for young players from different areas to compete, learn, and grow.
