2026 Red Dragon Cup – U17 National Championship Finals: SHB Da Nang and Hue Advance to Semifinals

The afternoon of July 24 saw the first two quarterfinal games of the 2026 U17 National Championship Finals – Red Dragon Cup unfold in thrilling and dramatic fashion, confirming SHB Da Nang and Hue as the first two teams to reach the semifinal round.

At Ham Rong Stadium, the clash between Ho Chi Minh City FC and SHB Da Nang delivered an emotional goal chase. Ho Chi Minh City entered the match confidently and took the lead in the 14th minute thanks to a strike from Nguyen Anh. However, SHB Da Nang quickly responded as Dinh Giang and Van An scored in the 20th and 38th minutes respectively, giving the Han River side a 2-1 lead at halftime.
