Steel Xanh Nam Dinh FC officially unveiled Pham Tuan Hai, finalizing the most significant deal of the V.League 2026/27 campaign.

On the evening of July 21, Steel Xanh Nam Dinh officially announced the signing of highly anticipated player Pham Tuan Hai, putting an end to numerous transfer rumors and reaffirming their ambition to compete for titles in the 2026/27 season.

The Nam Dinh club introduced their new recruit through a short video across social media platforms. Shortly after its release, the news garnered massive attention from fans, as Pham Tuan Hai has been one of the most quality domestic strikers in Vietnamese football for years.

After a long stint with Hanoi FC, the 1998-born striker decided to open a new chapter in his career by moving to the Thien Truong Stadium side. This is considered one of the most notable moves of the summer transfer window, demonstrating Nam Dinh's strong determination to maintain their position in the V.League.

The addition of Pham Tuan Hai will provide Head Coach Vu Hong Viet with more options in attack. The Ha Nam-born forward stands out for his wide-ranging activity, intelligent movement, aggressive pressing, and consistently high work rate.
