Foreign player from Thai League joins CAHN, completing the 'galaxy' for the 2026/27 season

Only a few days after returning to training camp for the 2026/27 campaign, CAHN made headlines in the transfer market by unveiling the acquisition of Colombian forward Brayan Perea.

The capital team began their training camp on July 7 under the guidance of coach Alexandre Polking. Following medical checks and fitness assessments, the squad entered a training cycle aimed at the new season, with goals of competing both domestically and internationally.

Brayan Perea is seen as a crucial piece in CAHN's plan to upgrade their squad. The 1993-born striker stands 1.90 meters tall, previously played for Lazio in Serie A, and has featured in various national leagues across Europe and South America.

In the 2025/26 season, the Colombian forward played for Port FC in Thailand. He made 21 appearances in the Thai League, scoring 6 goals and providing 4 assists, leaving a strong impression while with the port city club.

Brayan Perea is also the latest addition in CAHN's large-scale squad reinforcement campaign ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Previously, the reigning V.League champions had signed Spanish midfielder Damia Sabater to boost creativity in midfield, forward David Henen to enhance the attack, goalkeeper Y Êli Niê to increase competition in goal, and striker Đinh Thanh Bình.

Not only refreshing the player roster, but CAHN also strengthened their coaching staff by appointing Portuguese assistant coach Paulo Mourinho, who previously worked with head coach Alexandre Polking. The arrival of Paulo Mourinho is expected to provide the coaching staff with additional tactical solutions as the team faces a busy fixture schedule across multiple competitions.

With a series of quality additions across all three lines, CAHN demonstrates their determination to build a deep squad aimed at achieving major goals.

In the 2026/27 season, the capital club will compete in the V.League, National Cup, AFC Champions League Elite, and the ASEAN Club Championship.
