CAHN signs U23 Vietnam defender to strengthen squad for the 2026/27 season

CAHN continues its busy transfer activity by confirming the acquisition of defender Phan Ngọc Tín, bringing in a strong addition to the backline for the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.

As announced this morning (July 21), Phan Ngọc Tín—born in 2004, a former U23 Vietnam player and regarded as one of the most promising full-backs in Vietnamese football—has completed his contract to join CAHN. After an impressive 2025/26 season in the National First Division with Quy Nhơn United, he was named to the league's Team of the Season.

CAHN expects Ngọc Tín's arrival to bring extra speed, mobility, and defensive depth, especially as the team will compete across multiple competitions in the new season.

The recruitment of Phan Ngọc Tín marks the latest step in CAHN's squad reinforcement campaign.

Earlier, the V-League champions drew attention with the signing of Nguyễn Đình Bắc. The Vietnam international is expected to inject youth, pace, and game-changing ability into the attack under coach Alexandre Polking. In addition, CAHN also brought in goalkeeper Y Êli Niê to boost competition for the number one spot.

Beyond strengthening the player roster, CAHN has also completed its coaching staff with Portuguese assistant Paulo Mourinho, who will assist head coach Alexandre Polking in training and tactical analysis.

After the mid-season break, CAHN has regrouped to prepare for the 2026/27 season. The team is now focusing on fitness work combined with tactical fine-tuning, while helping new signings adapt quickly to the playing style. According to the plan, coach Polking's squad will continue playing friendly matches to evaluate the roster before the season starts.

With consecutive acquisitions of quality talents like Nguyễn Đình Bắc, Y Êli Niê, and Phan Ngọc Tín, along with additions to the coaching staff, CAHN shows its determination to build a deep squad aimed at defending the V-League title and competing for honors in domestic cup competitions and continental tournaments in the 2026/27 season.
