Following their journey from Hanoi to Bangkok, Thailand, the Vietnam national team has arrived in Chonburi, the venue for the opening match of the 2026 ASEAN Championship.

MVV Maastricht's official site has announced that Vietnamese-origin defender Lenn Minh Tran will depart the Dutch side to join Cong An TP.HCM starting from the 2026/27 season.

Lenn Minh Tran, born in 2007, stands 1.69m tall and operates as a right-back. During the 2025/26 season, he was with MVV Maastricht, a team in the Dutch second division. Although still very young, he is considered to possess solid technique, pace, and the ability to support attacks effectively from the wing.
