On July 18, Beijing time, the authoritative German media outlet Bild confirmed that Bayern's French superstar Olise indeed expressed his desire to transfer this summer to his teammates while playing for the national team during the World Cup.
Olise hopes to play alongside his national teammate Mbappé. At Real Madrid, he would also have compatriots like Konaté, Mendy, Camavinga, and Tchouaméni.

Earlier, according to a report from French media L'Équipe, Olise hoped to leave Bayern and move to Real Madrid after the World Cup, and he shared this idea with his teammates. German media have now also confirmed this.

Bild also stated that one thing is clear: Bayern remains determined to keep the star. Olise's valuation on German Transfermarkt is as high as €150 million, making him the most valuable player in the squad. Unless an irresistible offer arrives, Bayern will not let him go this summer.

Currently, Olise's contract runs until 2029, with an annual salary of about €14 million. If Bayern can manage to extend his contract, his salary would reach a level similar to Kane (€32 million) and Musiala (€23 million), amounting to €25 million or even higher.

In the summer of 2024, Olise joined Bayern from Crystal Palace for a transfer fee of €53 million. Over two seasons, he has made 107 appearances for Bayern, contributing 42 goals and 54 assists.
In this World Cup, Olise has performed well overall, temporarily leading the assist chart with 5 assists.
