According to Phanuphong Wongsa, Coach Park Hang Seo aims to push the players' fitness beyond their previous limits.
After completing the main training session, Kanchanaburi Power FC players were not allowed to rest. They continued with squats of 20 to 30 repetitions for three sets.
"Pain, fatigue, shoes rubbing against the feet, but we still have to keep fighting. The goal is to increase endurance, strength, and tolerance," Kanchanaburi Power FC described the training program.
Coach Park Hang Seo's working method quickly drew attention. This image is familiar to those who followed the South Korean manager during his more than five years leading the Vietnamese national teams.

Before moving to Kanchanaburi Power FC, Coach Park Hang Seo stepped down as Vice President of the Korea Football Association (KFA). He had been tasked with supporting national teams and working with the Korean squad at the 2026 World Cup.
While Coach Park Hang Seo starts his new job in Thailand, the South Korean National Assembly has decided to hold a hearing on issues related to the KFA on July 22.
The Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee of the South Korean National Assembly approved the hearing plan on July 9. The focus is on reviewing the appointment process for the national team head coach as well as issues in the KFA's management operations.

Former KFA Chairman Chung Mong Gyu and former South Korean national team head coach Hong Myung Bo are among those summoned as witnesses. Several prominent figures in Korean football have also been included in the reference list.
The hearing on July 22 is therefore expected to continue creating significant pressure on South Korean football following the failure at the 2026 World Cup.
