John Herdman has called up four goalkeepers in the preliminary squad for the 2026 ASEAN Cup.

Goalkeeper Cahya Supriadi of PSIM Yogyakarta is included in Indonesia's preliminary list for the training camp preparing for the 2026 ASEAN Championship.

Coach John Herdman has summoned a total of 50 players for the training camp in Bali from July 5 to 12. This is a crucial phase in Indonesia's preparation before entering the 2026 Southeast Asian Championship.

During the camp in Bali, the Indonesian coaching staff will monitor, evaluate the players' form and adaptability before trimming the squad. According to published information, the initial list of 50 players will be reduced to 26 for the 2026 ASEAN Championship.

The approximately one-week training camp also provides an opportunity for coach John Herdman to test personnel options and the level of competition in each position. Indonesia chose to gather a large squad to allow the coaching staff to directly assess players before finalizing the lineup for the tournament.

The 2026 ASEAN Championship will take place in July and August 2026. Indonesia is in Group A alongside Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, and Timor Leste. Cahya Supriadi said he is very grateful for the call-up.

"Alhamdulillah, of course I am very grateful to have this great opportunity, to be called back to the national team for the training camp in Bali," said Cahya Supriadi, according to PSIM's official website.

The former Persija player is determined to earn a place in the official squad for the 2026 ASEAN Championship.

In addition to Cahya Supriadi, three other goalkeepers have also been called up for the training camp: Nadeo Argawinata, Muhammad Riyandi, and Teja Paku Alam.

"During the week in Bali, I will work hard, stay focused, and absorb all the knowledge that is imparted," said Cahya Supriadi.
