The Football Association of Thailand (FAT) will announce the 25-player roster for Thailand's participation in the 2026 ASEAN Hyundai Cup on July 8th.
Under the guidance of head coach Anthony Hudson, the Thai national team will reveal its 25-player squad at 2:00 PM on July 8th. The announcement will be streamed live on YouTube, the Changsuek Facebook page, and the FA Thailand Facebook page.

Earlier, Coach Anthony Hudson acknowledged significant challenges in preparing the squad for the ASEAN Hyundai Cup 2026, as the tournament falls outside FIFA Days and clashes with club commitments. The English manager stated that the coaching staff's goal is to select players who are truly ready and able to meet the team's requirements.
Hudson also emphasized that young players will play a key role in this campaign. The Thailand head coach views the ASEAN Hyundai Cup as an opportunity for emerging talents to showcase themselves, while stressing that he does not want to add extra pressure on the players.
"In this tournament, we will focus on each match one at a time. We all communicate and share the common goal of going as far as possible. We will not put pressure on the players but will try to help them perform at their best," Coach Anthony Hudson said.
The English manager acknowledged that many regional teams are selecting their strongest lineups and even holding training camps abroad. However, Thailand will concentrate on its own preparation process and strive to reach peak condition before the tournament begins.

"I know the fans want the team to play well and succeed. I, the coaching staff, and the players all want to make the fans proud. Most importantly, I hope the fans continue to support the players, especially the young ones," Hudson stressed.
The ASEAN Hyundai Cup 2026 will take place from July 24th to August 26th. Thailand, the record seven-time Southeast Asian champion, is placed in Group B alongside Malaysia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Laos.
According to the schedule, the Thai national team will begin training camp on July 14th. The "War Elephants" will play their opening match against Laos on July 25th, followed by matches against Malaysia on August 1st, the Philippines on August 4th, and Myanmar on August 8th.
