The situation in Group A forces U19 Vietnam to go all out in this match. According to the format of the 2026 ASEAN U19 Championship, only the group winners and the single best runner-up will qualify for the semi-finals.

Team leader Nguyễn Anh Tuấn affirmed that the whole squad is maintaining excellent physical condition and a very confident spirit after days of training in Medan. The U19 Vietnam players have also fully adapted to the weather conditions and pitch in Indonesia, thus eliminating obstacles from external factors.

The match between U19 Vietnam and U19 Myanmar will take place at 16:00 on June 4 at the Sumatera Utara Main Stadium (Indonesia) and will be broadcast live on TV360.
