OFFICIAL: Chelsea completes deal with undefeated treble-winning star

Chelsea FC’s official website has just announced the contract extension of Sandy Baltimore until the summer of 2030.

The 26-year-old joined the Blues from Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the 2024/25 season and made her debut in a victory over Aston Villa on the opening day of that campaign.

In her very first season at Stamford Bridge, Baltimore played a key role in helping Chelsea secure an undefeated domestic treble. The London club defeated Manchester United 3-0 in the Women’s FA Cup final after winning the Women’s Super League without losing a single match, having also claimed the League Cup earlier.

During that season, Sandy Baltimore made 29 appearances across all competitions, scoring 9 goals and providing 6 assists. Most notably, she delivered an outstanding performance in the Women’s FA Cup final, netting a brace in the 3-0 win over Manchester United.

In the 2025/26 season, Baltimore continued to make her mark by reaching 50 appearances for Chelsea. This milestone came in a 2-0 victory over Tottenham in the Women’s Super League in February, when she was brought on as a substitute in the second half.

After signing the new contract, Baltimore shared: “Chelsea is one of the biggest clubs in the world. We have a top-quality squad and I want to compete with the best players every day, which is why I decided to stay. I want to keep developing and win every trophy possible.

Baltimore is regarded as a modern full-back with excellent technical skills, tireless work rate on the left flank, and effective attacking support. Not only does she fulfill her defensive duties well, but the French international also frequently creates chances in one-on-one situations, contributing many goals and assists for Chelsea.

At the international level, Baltimore came through France’s youth ranks and won the Women’s U19 European Championship, even scoring in the final against Germany. She made her debut for the French women’s national team in December 2020 and has since earned 55 caps for Les Bleues, scoring 11 goals.

Chelsea stated that the whole team is delighted that Sandy Baltimore will continue her long-term association with the club and expects her to keep shining in blue in the seasons to come.
