Ninh Bình announces farewell to Technical Director Vũ Tiến Thành, welcomes coach Chu Đình Nghiêm

Ninh Bình Club announced the separation from Technical Director Vũ Tiến Thành on the morning of May 26, clearing the path for the arrival of new head coach Chu Đình Nghiêm to assume the "hot seat" at this moment.

"Ninh Bình FC extends its sincere gratitude to Technical Director Vũ Tiến Thành for the time he spent with the ancient capital's team.

With his experience, sense of responsibility, and dedication to work, Mr. Vũ Tiến Thành contributed to stabilizing Ninh Bình FC's professional performance, building a positive competitive spirit, and creating an important foundation for the club's future development.

Although his time with the club was not very long, the contributions of Technical Director Vũ Tiến Thành will always be cherished and acknowledged by the coaching staff, players, and fans of Ninh Bình FC.

"We wish Technical Director Vũ Tiến Thành abundant health, success, and continued achievements on his new journey," the announcement was posted on the official fanpage of Ninh Bình Club.

Mr. Vũ Tiến Thành joined Ninh Bình Club at the beginning of Phase 2 under a secondment arrangement from HA.GL Club.

From the middle of Phase 2, after Korean coach Bae Ji Won arrived at this club, Mr. Vũ Tiến Thành switched to the role of Technical Director. By Round 24, he had completed his secondment duties for Mr. Đức (bầu Đức).

Coach Vũ Tiến Thành bids farewell to Ninh Bình Club and returns to his former club HAGL. Meanwhile, Văn Lâm, Hoàng Đức, and their teammates welcome a new coach, Chu Đình Nghiêm.

Mr. Chu Đình Nghiêm parted ways with Hải Phòng Club on May 17 and has reached an agreement to join Ninh Bình Club with a three-year contract.

According to some sources, at his new club, coach Chu Đình Nghiêm will receive a monthly salary of 120 million VND along with a signing bonus of 1.2 billion VND per season.

In the event of an early termination of the contract, coach Chu Đình Nghiêm will still be entitled to his full salary.

Coach Chu Đình Nghiêm's immediate task at Ninh Bình Club is to compete with the team for a top-three finish in the V-League over the remaining two rounds, while also focusing on the goal of winning the National Cup, starting with a semi-final home match against Thể Công Viettel on June 11.
