The Football Association of Thailand has released the roster of 22 players summoned to the national futsal squad in preparation for the 2026 Southeast Asian Championship.
The Golden Temple nation's team force still gathers many experienced faces currently playing at top domestic clubs.
In the goalkeeper position, the coach of the Thailand national team has called up a trio consisting of Nattapong Yimahreab, Teerawat Kaewwilai, and Teerarat Orathai. The defense line includes Narongsak Wingwon, Ronachai Choongwongsook, Sarawut Phalapruk, along with Itticha Prapaphan.
In the wing area, the Thailand futsal national team has called up quite a number of players including Amarin Ekaphan, Therdsak Charoenpong, Tharpnath Lemniem (Khong Yen Tha Kham), Nachanon Saengthong, Kris Aran Sanyalak, Apiwat Jamjaroen (Blue Wave Chonburi), Jaroondet Muangthiang, Panas Kittiphanuwong (Black Pearl United), Alongkorn Chanporn (Port Authority ASM), Peerapat Kaewsaythong (Thammasat Stallion), and Thanawat Makhan (Rajabhat Phetchaburi).
On the forward line, the most notable star is Muhammad Usman Musa, a player currently competing in Spain for Club Jimby Cartagena. Alongside him are strikers Worasak Sriharangpairoj (Hongyen Tha Kham), Minthada Piromyoo, and Adinan Moolsap (both from Rajabhat Phetchaburi).
Sharing thoughts ahead of the tournament, Thailand national futsal team coach Rakphol Sainetngam stated:“We must win the championship. For this tournament, we have to work with the clubs because this is the preseason phase. We strive to create opportunities for new players, those with experience, and to train together with the Thailand national team.”
