Ho Chi Minh City Police FC has just confirmed that Vietnamese diaspora midfielder Khoa Ngo has not yet been called up to Vietnam U23. This information was released after numerous rumors suggested the young player could be included in Coach Kim Sang Sik's list due to his impressive performances in the V.League.

On the fan interaction page, a representative of Ho Chi Minh City Police FC responded "not yet" when asked about the possibility of this player being called up to Vietnam U23. This indicates the midfielder born in 2006 is still not on the youth team's training camp list.

Previously, Khoa Ngo became a focal point after Round 15 of V.League 2025/2026. In the match against HAGL, the young player scored a crucial goal helping Ho Chi Minh City Police FC secure victory, quickly impressing both experts and fans.
