Huynh Nhu unexpectedly sends a message to Vietnamese fans

Captain and forward Huynh Nhu hopes that supporters will always stand by and cheer for the Vietnamese women's national team at the 2026 Asian Cup finals.

At 6:00 PM on March 4th, Vietnam time, the Vietnamese women's national team will play their opening match against India within the framework of the 2026 Asian Cup finals. Ahead of the upcoming match, captain Huynh Nhu expressed her wish for fans to consistently support and accompany the entire team:

"Nhu and the whole team are ready. We hope everyone will always cheer and provide motivation for the Vietnamese women's national team so we can create another miracle,"Huynh Nhu shared.

Previously, Huynh Nhu attended the pre-match press conference with coach Mai Duc Chung. Assessing the host's reception and the conditions for accommodation and training, she stated:"We are satisfied with the accommodation, training conditions, and the weather here. The whole team is in good spirits and physical condition."

Speaking about her role, Huynh Nhu said she always follows the training plans set by the coaching staff at both her club and the national team: "The coaches understand each player's physical condition well to design suitable training programs, helping the whole team achieve their best form. With my experience, I always try to share and support the younger players. Whether at the club or national team level, the biggest goal remains the collective achievement."

Meanwhile, coach Mai Duc Chung affirmed:"We will strive to perform our best based on what we have practiced, adhering to the coaching staff's requirements. In football, nothing can be predicted, but facing strong opponents only fuels our determination more."
