MU receives news from Carrick in the top 4 race

This situation could open an opportunity for young talent Ayden Heaven, who previously started alongside Leny Yoro in the final match managed by Ruben Amorim. Notably, Heaven posted on Instagram a photo of a tackle on Newcastle forward Woltemade, an action seen as a signal that he might be given another chance.

With Martinez definitely out and Maguire's availability still uncertain, Carrick may once again place his trust in youth within the defense. As MU is rebuilding their midfield after Casemiro confirmed his summer departure, alongside major structural changes, maintaining stability on the pitch is of utmost importance.

The revival under Carrick has been impressive, but the away trip to Newcastle will be a major test as the Red Devils aim for a UEFA Champions League spot, especially given the diminishing depth in defense.
