OFFICIAL: Dinh Bac among Vietnam's outstanding young talents for 2025

On the morning of March 2 in Hanoi, the organizing committee announced 19 nominees for the online voting round of the "Outstanding Vietnamese Young Faces" Award 2025. Notably, forward Nguyen Dinh Bac (Hanoi Police Club, Vietnam National Team) is nominated in the Sports category.

According to the organizing committee, this year's award received a total of 145 applications from 37 units nationwide, including 4 self-nominated applications. The composition includes 108 males and 37 females; 137 applications are from the Kinh ethnic group and 8 from ethnic minority groups.

Based on the applications and verification results, the Award's Standing Committee proposed 31 outstanding nominees across 9 fields for the council's consideration. The evaluation criteria include: validity of the application; notable achievements in 2025; awards and titles received; level of societal influence and inspiration, particularly for the younger generation.

After a rigorous review process and secret voting, the council selected the 19 most outstanding individuals to proceed to the online voting round. In the Sports category, the list of nominees includes two individuals: player Nguyen Dinh Bac and canoeing athlete Nguyen Thi Huong. Dinh Bac's inclusion in this list is seen as well-deserved recognition for his remarkable efforts and contributions while playing for his club and the national team throughout 2025.

While playing for Hanoi Police Club, Dinh Bac has shown clear professional improvement, consistent performance, and an increasingly important role in the attack. At the national team level, he has also made his mark with a passionate playing spirit, a strong desire to contribute, and a professional image.
