Manchester United confirms that three first-team players were presented with awards from the Premier League during a ceremony held at Carrington on Thursday, immediately following the team's training session.

This recognition comes during a crucial transitional period at Old Trafford, as the club seeks a permanent head coach for the upcoming summer following the dismissal of Ruben Amorim earlier this year. Additionally, Casemiro has also confirmed his intention to leave the club at the end of the season.

Casemiro and Cunha were awarded commemorative plaques for reaching the milestone of 100 Premier League appearances. For Cunha, this milestone was achieved by accumulating his previous playing time in the Premier League, along with an impressive start after his transfer from Wolverhampton Wanderers last summer, a period when Manchester United was targeting forwards who had demonstrated their capability in the domestic league.

Meanwhile, Casemiro reached 100 total appearances for Manchester United since joining from Real Madrid in 2022. Although his future is gradually being clarified with plans for a departure, the Brazilian midfielder remains a key figure in the squad.

Specifically, Bryan Mbeumo was honored for reaching the milestone of 50 Premier League goals. The Cameroonian international achieved this primarily through his effective spell at Brentford before joining Manchester United. Already in his first season at Old Trafford, he has scored 9 goals in the Premier League, demonstrating why the club prioritized players with extensive experience in English football. Mbeumo is now the second player in the Manchester United squad to reach 50 Premier League goals.
