He wrote: “Nowadays, even a single sexual harassment allegation is enough to be taken to court, although I deny it and all evidence proves it false. This is unfair both to the innocent and to real victims. I remain calm and await the trial for the truth to come out.” This statement shows the 27-year-old defender is ready to face legal proceedings to defend his reputation.

As for PSG, the club remains cautious and has not issued an official statement regarding the matter. Hakimi was still included in the squad list for an important Champions League match, indicating he has not been suspended from professional activities.

Hakimi joined PSG from Inter Milan and quickly became an indispensable part of the right flank due to his speed, attacking support, and top-level experience. He was also a standout figure in Morocco's historic run at the 2022 World Cup.
