According to the newest update from the transfer specialist site Transfermarkt in February 2026, Vietnamese football has two clubs listed among the Top 10 most valuable football clubs in Southeast Asia. These are Thep Xanh Nam Dinh and Công An Hà Nội, both of which also represent Vietnam in the 2025/26 international competitions.

Specifically, with a squad value reaching 10.23 million euros, the Nam Dinh team ranks third, behind JDT (Malaysia, 15.95 million euros) and Buriram United (Thailand, 12.83 million euros). The highest valued player in Nam Dinh is Caio Cesar, valued at 850 thousand euros. Additionally, in the 2025/26 season, the Thiên Trường Stadium team has secured quality signings, including central midfielder Arnaud Lusamba and forward Chadrac Akolo, both valued at around 800 thousand euros.
