OFFICIAL: Ronaldo Joins a V-League Club

Forward Jourdain Ronaldo Fletcher has officially joined Hải Phòng FC, representing a strong reinforcement for the Đất Cảng offensive line, alongside two additional new signings for the latter half of the 2025/26 V-League campaign.

Hải Phòng FC has formally announced their most notable mid-season signing: striker Jourdain Ronaldo Fletcher has signed his contract and become the new attacking piece for the Đất Cảng squad. This transfer is viewed as a strategic move by coach Chu Đình Nghiêm to strengthen firepower following the departure of Fred Friday, who moved to Ninh Bình FC for the second half of the 2025/26 V-League.

Born in 1998, Fletcher boasts an ideal physique, good speed, and a sharp goal-scoring instinct. Wearing the number 99 jersey, he is expected to bring energetic, direct, and more effective play to the team at Lạch Tray Stadium. With his positioning, diverse finishing skills, and ability to play independently inside the box, Fletcher is regarded as a center forward who can both hold up the ball and create chances for himself.

Fletcher's arrival is not just about adding personnel but also sends a strong message about Hải Phòng FC’s ambitions for the remainder of the season. The Đất Cảng club aims to improve their standing on the leaderboard, and a quality striker is a crucial factor in achieving that goal.
