Vietnamese diaspora player Khoa Ngô showcased a remarkable display in his debut game for CA TP HCM.

The Vietnamese diaspora striker duo, Khoa Ngô and Williams, had an outstanding day, helping Ho Chi Minh City Police Football Club secure a full 3 points at the PVF - CAND stadium on the afternoon of February 1st. Facing PVF - CAND at home, coach Lê Huỳnh Đức fielded his strongest lineup; except for Mạch Ngọc Hà on the bench, three of the four new signings — Minh Trọng, Khoa Ngô, and Thanh Bình — were trusted starters.

Vietnamese diaspora player Khoa Ngô made the most significant impact for Ho Chi Minh City Police FC, continuously troubling the PVF - CAND defense. Besides providing a key assist to Tiến Linh, the midfielder born in 2006 also earned a penalty for his team. Unfortunately, Tiến Linh was unable to convert the penalty against goalkeeper Phí Minh Long.

The visiting team, Ho Chi Minh City Police, celebrated a goal in the 24th minute when another Vietnamese diaspora player, Williams Lee, used his physical advantage to outmuscle Hữu Tín before shooting past Minh Long to put the white-shirted team ahead 1-0.

In the 55th minute, Quang Hùng delivered an exquisite through ball; Williams Lee then used his speed to cross for Khoa Ngô, who tapped in to extend the lead to 2-0.
