Manchester United officially announced on Saturday that winger Antony has joined Real Betis on loan until the end of the season. Subsequently, Betis officially released a video of the new signing, which includes him wearing the new green and white jersey and performing technical moves including spinning and other things at home.

Anthony made a promise to Betis fans: "Hello Betis fans, this is the first time I've visited the stadium wearing a new jersey and I'm really excited. It's a spectacular, beautiful pitch and I'm looking forward to playing here and representing all of you."

Anthony also showed off his superb acting skills in the appearance video, and when he saw the court, he exclaimed, "My God, it's so beautiful, I'm so happy." Come on Betis, I'm looking forward to playing here."

Antony will have just over a week to prepare for his La Liga debut, with Betis hosting Athletic Bilbao on 2 February. He did not mention Manchester United, and on social media, the Brazilian winger said: "After a stressful day, a new chapter has begun."

Antony is the first first-team player to leave United in the winter window, with the next possible move to include Marcus Rashford and Garnacho. Garnacho is a target for Chelsea and Napoli, while Rashford could join Juventus, Borussia Dortmund or Barcelona.

Flick is said to be looking to purge one of Barca's wingers in order to bring in Marcus Rashford. Their hopes are pinned on Jose Mourinho, with Fenerbahce interested in bringing in Barca's Ansu Fati to replace the underperforming Saint-Maximin.

The 22-year-old, who is expected to be Messi's successor, wears the team's number 10 but has struggled after a number of serious injuries, scoring just 29 goals and providing nine assists in 120 games. He was loaned to Brighton last season and has made just four appearances in La Liga this season. Jose Mourinho is rumoured to want to sign Ansu Fati on loan with an option to buy out once Saint-Maximin is out.

Manchester United's winter window signings have also lacked progress, with Lecce rejecting two offers from 20-year-old left-back Patrick Dolgu. The Red Devils' initial bid of £16.8 million with £4.2 million in add-ons, which was rejected and raised to £25.2 million, was not accepted, with Lecce's asking price of £34 million (€40 million).

According to British media, Manchester United now sent scouts to look into Benfica's match against Casa Pia on Saturday to consider using the terms of buying back Álvaro Fernandez Carreras for £15 million (€20 million).

In that game, Benfica lost 1-3, and Fee A was average. Interestingly, Casa Pia is the first team in the managerial career of current Manchester United boss Amorim.

The 21-year-old is also a target for Real Madrid, with the Spanish newspaper Marca claiming that the player himself is not keen to return to Manchester United, as he also knows that the current situation of Manchester United is not good and that it will be difficult to change in the short term.

"The people around me, they're more concerned about this," said Fernandes, referring to rumours of a return to Manchester United, "and to be honest, I don't pay much attention. I focus on what I have to do because I have a game every three days. It's always good to have a team that is interested in you, everybody wants to grow, but I'm doing a great job here. Manchester United have the option to sign but I'm happy here. I have a five-year contract with Benfica and I want to win the title and continue to grow because I'm only 21 years old. I want to win, whether it's in Spain or Benfica, and continue to grow."
