After the break, both teams struggled with shooting, but the Kings began a comeback, steadily narrowing the gap. In the final quarter, the Kings aggressively chased points, with Westbrook stepping up to hit a three-pointer to tie the game and force overtime. The overtime period was tightly contested, with suspense lasting until the final moment when Schröder hit a three-pointer to complete a miraculous game-winning shot.
