Another star brings the best news for Vietnam U23.

Pham Minh Phuc scored in CAHN's 3-0 win against Ha Tinh, demonstrating outstanding performance and providing an optimistic sign for Vietnam U23 before the Panda Cup.

At Hang Day Stadium, Hanoi Police Club (CAHN) continued to show their dominance by defeating Hong Linh Ha Tinh 3-0 in the 11th round of the 2025/26 V-League, extending their unbeaten streak to nine matches.

One of the most notable highlights for the capital’s team in this match was the young Vietnam U23 star Pham Minh Phuc, who scored the opening goal, playing a crucial role in the team’s impressive victory. This is excellent news for Vietnam U23 ahead of upcoming important tournaments.

The goal against Ha Tinh not only broke the deadlock for CAHN but also marked Minh Phuc’s first goal in this V-League season. Despite the intense match schedule, coach Alexandre Polking confidently gave the 2004-born player a chance, and Minh Phuc did not disappoint.

The defender’s neat control and decisive finish demonstrated remarkable growth both in composure and ball sense.

Right after the match, Minh Phuc, along with teammate Nguyen Dinh Bac and several other young CAHN players, will depart for China to join the Vietnam U23 national team to prepare for the 2025 Panda Cup, a tournament considered an important stepping stone ahead of SEA Games 33 later this year.
