MU’s manager Ruben Amorim and forward Bryan Mbeumo have been awarded the Premier League’s Player and Manager of the Month prizes.
MU delivered strong performances in October, with Ruben Amorim receiving the Premier League Manager of the Month award.
Coach Amorim secured wins against Sunderland, Liverpool, and Brighton during a highly spirited month for the club. The 40-year-old manager achieved back-to-back Premier League victories for the first time in his career. He led MU to a 2-1 win over Liverpool at Anfield, thanks to a late header from Harry Maguire.
Coach Ruben Amorim and player Bryan Mbeumo were honored for their achievements.
MU sustained their impressive form with a 4-2 win against Brighton at Old Trafford. Matheus Cunha scored his first goal for the club in that game, Casemiro also scored, and Bryan Mbeumo netted a brace.
This strong run began with the early-month match against Sunderland, where Mason Mount scored within the first 8 minutes and Benjamin Sesko increased the lead.
Meanwhile, MU winger Mbeumo earned the Premier League Player of the Month award after scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist. This is Mbeumo’s first time winning this award.
Mbeumo delivered excellent performances for MU over the past month, contributing to four goal involvements and helping the club secure three consecutive victories.
This is the first time since November 2023 that MU has won at least two Premier League monthly awards. Back then, Harry Maguire, Ten Hag, and Alejandro Garnacho won Player of the Month, Manager of the Month, and Goal of the Month awards respectively.
