Xuân Son has rejoined the Vietnam national team lineup. At the same time, Coach Kim Sang Sik has called up many new players for the November FIFA Days to compete against Laos in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers.

According to the latest information, head coach Kim Sang Sik announced this afternoon on November 6th a list of 23 players called up to prepare for the match against Laos in the second leg of the final round of the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers. The whole team will assemble on November 10th in Việt Trì (Phú Thọ) and is expected to travel to Laos on November 15th.

Compared to the previous gathering, this list includes two rookies: center-back Khổng Minh Gia Bảo (Công an TP.HCM Club) and forward Nguyễn Trần Việt Cường (Becamex TP.HCM Club) — promising new faces expected to bring fresh energy to the team.
