The clubs of the third-level league have completed the submission of arrears! The ≠ on the list pass the admission

Reporter Wang Wei reports On the evening of December 20, the Chinese Football Association announced on its official website the list of the second batch of clubs that have completed debt settlement in the 2025 professional league. The Chinese Football Association announced the first list in early December, including 41 Chinese Super League, Chinese League A and China B clubs. This time in the second batch of lists, Guangzhou team, Changchun Yatai, Wuhan Three Towns, Cangzhou Lions, Guangxi Pingguo Ha Yi and other 13 clubs that failed to pass in the first batch are all listed.

However, the same as the first batch of debt settlement lists, the list of clubs does not mean that 100% of the access is passed, the Football Association announcement reads: "After the review of the Chinese Football Association Member Association and the Chinese Football Association, the second batch of clubs that have completed debt settlement in the football industry are now publicized and subject to social supervision." ”

According to the relevant regulations of this year, the second batch of list publicity period from the date of release to December 24, only clubs that have passed the debt settlement announcement and other access materials review can obtain the 2025 season of professional league access.

In order to ensure the smooth and smooth work of the 2025 professional league, this admission will be launched in early October 2024, so the salary payment review cycle is from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024. Salary for November-December 2024 will be included in the next year's admission review.

In addition, the Chinese Football Association mainly reviews the debts in the football industry, including the arrears of relevant personnel, arrears between clubs, arrears between clubs and youth training institutions, arrears of disciplinary fines, etc., and debts outside the football industry are not within the scope of this access review. The Chinese Football Association will include the final decision or adjudication time of the relevant case into the corresponding access cycle for review.

Domestic dispute cases that have been decided or mediated before October 31, 2024 will be included in the scope of this access review, and cases decided after October 31 will be included in the scope of the next year's access review. International arbitration cases shall be resolved in accordance with the relevant regulations of the AFC and FIFA.

Judging from the list of the second batch of clubs that have completed debt repayment announced by the Chinese Football Association, Changchun Yatai, Wuhan Three Towns, Cangzhou Lions, Meizhou Hakka, Guangzhou Team, Guangxi Pingguo Hayi, Nanjing City, Yanbian Longding, Heilongjiang Bingcheng, Jiangxi Lushan, Hunan Xiangtao, Ganzhou Ruishi, and Taian Tianzhen are all on the list, which is equivalent to all third-level professional clubs have entered the publicity of completing debt repayment.

After the first list was announced, clubs that failed to complete their debt settlements have been working hard to complete their debt settlements recently. Among them, according to the FIFA registration ban disclosure system updated on the evening of December 17, Cangzhou Lions, Guangzhou, and Yanbian Longding, which were previously in the ban, have been cleared and the ban has been lifted. According to the FIFA registration ban disclosure system updated in the early morning of December 19, the transfer ban of Wuhan Three Towns was cleared. On December 19, there was still a transfer registration ban, and only Jiangxi Lushan (3) remained. Judging by the list of the second batch of clubs that have completed the settlement of their debts within the football industry, announced on December 20, the FIFA registration ban of these clubs has been largely resolved.

The Chinese Football Association has also specifically indicated the supervision and appeal channels in the announcement of the list of the second batch of clubs that have completed debt repayment in the 2025 season of professional league access, and if the relevant creditors have objections to the list of clubs, they can submit relevant materials to the Chinese Football Association, and the Chinese Football Association will deal with them in a timely manner according to the materials received.

Judging from the Chinese Football Association's access requirements for third-level professional football clubs this year, the announcement of repayment does not mean that everything is fine: on the one hand, there may be reports from creditors during the publicity period; Second, there are other entry requirements that need to be completed. From the perspective of the admission process of the third-level professional football league, after the liquidation announcement, it is still necessary to wait for the announcement of the third-level league access list.

On the evening of December 20, after the Chinese Football Association announced the list of clubs that have completed debt repayment in the second batch of professional league access for the 2025 season, a number of creditor players posted on social platforms to express their objections. Therefore, it remains to be seen whether the clubs that are now on the arrears list will finally be admitted.
