In the other three matches, Chen Xingtong endured a tough 1.5-hour battle to defeat veteran defensive player Han Ying 4-1, a very exhausting win. Kuai Man comfortably beat Japan’s last remaining contender Otofuji Satsuki 4-1. Meanwhile, Chinese main player Wang Manyu faced Macau’s Zhu Yuling, and the match turned one-sided with Wang dominating to sweep Zhu 4-0. Thus, all semifinalists are confirmed as Chinese players, securing both finalists from China. The upcoming semifinals will feature Sun Yingsha versus Kuai Man, and Wang Manyu against Chen Xingtong—highly anticipated matchups!
