The Football Association also said in the announcement that the first batch of completed debt clearance lists are the clubs that are not in arrears of wages and debts for preliminary verification by the Football Association. If a club employee questions the content of the remuneration certificate submitted by the club, or believes that the relevant information is fraudulent, they can report it to the "working group" during the publicity period.

If the relevant creditors have any objection to the list of clubs listed in Article 1 of this notice, they may submit relevant materials to the Chinese Football Association, and the Chinese Football Association will deal with them in a timely manner according to the materials received. Only clubs that have passed the debt settlement announcement and access review will be eligible for the 2025 season at all levels of professional leagues.

Of course, missing the first batch of debt clearance list does not mean that the new season of the Chinese league will not be available, the Football Association announced the first batch of debt settlement list early, but also to urge the clubs that have not entered the list to solve their own problems as soon as possible.
