During this period, there was news from the club that the public list would be announced on November 29, but it was finally postponed, and at present, the public list is expected to be announced early next week. Of course, clubs that are not on the first list have three to four weeks to solve their problems.

Compared with previous years, this access announcement came earlier, and it is needless to say that the stumbling over the past years and needless to say, taking the access to the normal 2024 season of the professional league as an example, the "first batch" of access list was announced on January 5, 2024, when 42 Chinese Super League, China A and China B clubs were announced. Subsequently, on January 23, the Football Association announced the "first batch" access list (non-publicity), saying that it was the first batch, but in fact there was only one, that is, Shandong Taishan Football Club, which was going to participate in the AFC Champions League 1/8 finals, and then announced the "second batch" on January 29, a total of 44 clubs. After that, the Football Association launched the replacement process, and on February 6, five clubs were admitted and replaced, and on the same day, the Chinese Football Association announced the final 52 participating teams in the third-level league.

This time, November 25 is the deadline for the submission of admission materials for the new season, including the "2024 Season Club Full Payment of Player Salary Confirmation Form" and "2024 Season Club Full Payment of Staff Salary Confirmation Form", and the signing of the "Club International Salary Arrears and Related Debt Cases Self-Examination Confirmation Form" and "Club Debt Settlement Commitment". Before the deadline on the 25th, all clubs submitted the corresponding documents, showing that they want to be admitted.

At present, all parties have learned that the Chinese Football Association is about to announce the list of the first batch of admitted clubs. During this period, the Chinese Football Association and the relevant clubs conducted preliminary communication, informing them that due to various problems, they will not appear in the first batch of access lists.

Clubs that have not completed the settlement of their historical debts are naturally not included in the first batch of admission lists. Among them, in the FIFA registration ban updated on November 25, six clubs are listed, namely Cangzhou Lions, Guangzhou, Jiangxi Lushan, Meizhou Hakka, Wuhan Three Towns and Yanbian Longding.

In addition, clubs that fail to complete the two salary confirmation forms are not included in the first batch of admission lists. According to the reporter's understanding, among the clubs that submitted materials on the 25th, some clubs failed to submit a complete salary confirmation form, and although they were not "sentenced to capital punishment", they could not appear in the first batch of admission list announcements.

In other words, in addition to Cangzhou Lions and Wuhan Three Towns, there are still some Super League clubs that will not appear in the first batch of access list announcements, including clubs that are considered safe by the outside world.It is not yet known whether the full salary confirmation form will appear in the first batch if the complete salary confirmation form is updated during this period, i.e. between the 25th and before the announcement of the admission list. If the salary confirmation form submitted on the 25th is the standard, the first batch of public lists, and the list of clubs that are not among them, may surprise the outside world.

The announcement of the first batch of access lists, on the one hand, the Chinese Football Association is to show its own work efficiency and serious attitude, after all, the work is done forward, and the subsequent time will be more abundant; On the other hand, the announcement of the first batch of club lists is also to urge the clubs that have not entered the public list to solve their own problems as soon as possible. According to the schedule, the final time to clear the arrears is not until late December, and the clubs still have three to four weeks to resolve their problems.

During the publicity period, club employees, including players and staff, on the publicity list can report to the Chinese Football Association and the professional league management department.
