Former U23 Vietnam star injured, expected to be out for 1 month

Dụng Quang Nho sustained an injury in the match where Ninh Bình defeated Thanh Hóa 4-0, with a probable recovery period of one month.

However, coach Gerard Albadajel’s team couldn’t fully celebrate as midfielder Dụng Quang Nho got injured and may have to miss about a month of play (according to Dân Việt newspaper). Specifically, in the final minutes of the first half, the 2000-born player was injured and had to be stretchered off. It is reported that he has an issue with his hamstring.

Although he only joined Ninh Bình at the start of the season, Dụng Quang Nho quickly became a key player for the Hoa Lư capital club. His absence in the upcoming period will surely pose a challenge for the Spanish coach in finding a suitable replacement.

In this match, Ninh Bình FC’s foreign players made a significant impact as Daniel Da Silva and Gustavo Henrique each scored a double.
