Dương Quốc Hoàng secured a brilliant win at the Box Billiards All Star Vietnam Invitational by defeating An Nhiệt 13-10 in a highly exciting final showdown.

Dương Quốc Hoàng surpassed An Nhiệt in terms of composure and nerve.

The tournament's final match lived up to the expectations of Vietnamese billiards fans, as both players started confidently and delivered a series of nail-biting point chases. In the early stages, Dương Quốc Hoàng faced significant difficulties against An Nhiệt's energized performance. The player nicknamed "Hoàng Sao" was repeatedly chased fiercely by his opponent, resulting in a tight 6-6 tie after 12 frames.

However, the turning point of the final came from that moment onward. After a period of inconsistent play, Dương Quốc Hoàng gradually regained his touch and demonstrated the class of one of Vietnam's top current players. He consistently executed quality series of points, took full control of the match, and built a safe lead over his opponent.

While Hoàng Sao grew stronger as the match progressed, An Nhiệt faced considerable psychological pressure. Although he maintained a relaxed attitude and often showed joy, even celebrating after each winning frame to motivate himself, he could not prevent his opponent from pulling ahead. At one point, Dương Quốc Hoàng led 12-8 and was close to clinching the title.

Refusing to give up easily, An Nhiệt mounted a strong comeback with two consecutive frame wins, keeping hopes of a reversal alive. However, in the decisive 23rd frame, luck was not on his side. After a series of difficult cue-ball runs and safety shots, An Nhiệt's shot on the 3-ball heartbreakingly rattled the pocket.

That mistake was immediately punished by Dương Quốc Hoàng. The 1987-born player perfectly seized the opportunity to clear the table, closing out the final with a convincing 13-10 victory.
